Ahead of the wedding she and Otis had a 'meet and greet'. They got along wonderfully and Julia showed her depth of knowledge, both in pet care and professionalism during an important event.
On the day she was perfect. Punctual, detail-oriented and always put Otis' needs first. Seeing Otis waiting outside the church for me was a memory I will always treasure and Otis delivering the wedding rings to us was a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

“Julia has been absolutely fantastic with our collie over the last couple of months. A house move at 9 years old was a bit much for him and he was suffering with real anxiety leaving the house. Julia came over to meet us all beforehand and really understand what was going on. She then took the time to get to know him, playing with him in the garden at first, building trust and eventually working up to getting out and about on walks again. He has absolutely loved his time with her and it has been worth every penny to know he is with someone who genuinely cares about his wellbeing and his enjoyment, as well as tailoring everything to his mood on the day!
